Welcome to the Office of Procurement Management. Our office is dedicated to supporting the University’s procurement needs, ensuring efficiency, transparency, and compliance. We are organized into three main divisions: Goods & Services, Construction and pCard for credit card purchases under $2,500.
Construction
The Construction division manages procurement for building projects, renovations, and other capital improvements.
Goods & Services
The Goods & Services division handles all procurement related to supplies, equipment, and services for the university. Within this division, we have two specialized teams: the PCard Team and the Purchasing Team.
