All 糖心Vlog官方 employees are required to complete Title IX training upon hire and annually thereafter. Because the University is launching a completely refreshed training curriculum, all employees will be assigned the new modules on September 1, 2026, regardless of how recently a previous version was completed.

Going forward, the Title IX training requirements operate on a standardized annual cycle:

  • Annual Requirement for All Employees: Every year on September 1, all employees (including Executive/Managerial staff) will be assigned and must complete the updated online Title IX training modules.
  • Employees with Title IX Responsibilities: Will receive additional specialized training tailored to their specific roles.

Checking Your Records: While the old courses are closed, your historical completion data is fully preserved. You can view your past training records or download previous certificates at any time by logging into the Vector LMS portal and navigating to the “Training History” section.

If you feel your visible training history is incomplete, or if you need to verify a past completion, please contact the Office of Institutional Equity at iequity@hawaii.edu.

  • Incomplete Courses (Partial Progress): Yes. If you were in the middle of a module and did not finish it before the deadline, your partial progress will be lost when the course is deactivated, and you will not receive partial credit.

If you encounter any issues accessing a past certificate and need to request verification of your training completion, please contact the Office of Institutional Equity at iequity@hawaii.edu.
