During Open Enrollment, eligible part-time and temporary employees may enroll in, change, or drop a health plan, and add or remove eligible dependents (excluding a spouse, domestic partner, or civil union partner).

- Premium & Plan Changes Effective: July 1, 2026
- New Premium Deducted from Paycheck: July 20, 2026 through July 5, 2027
- Plan Year Benefit Period: July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027
How to Enroll
Part-time and temporary employees must enroll directly with the insurance carrier (HMSA or Kaiser). The carriers can assist with questions about enrollment, coverage, payment, and benefits.

By May 29, 2026, Part-time and Temporary employees should review the 2026 Open Enrollment Memo for Part-Time and Temporary Employees and acknowledge by:
- Logging in to ACER and electronically acknowledge receipt.
OR
- Signing a hard copy Acknowledgement Form and submitting it to your designated HR Representative.
