All other communications with a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hawaii.edu\/titleix\/glossary\/confidential\/\" data-cmtooltip=\"(See also Confidentiality; But see Privacy)&lt;br \/&gt;&lt;br \/&gt;Confidential Resource means an employee(...) &lt;strong&gt;&lt;\/strong&gt;\"  class=\"glossaryLink \">Confidential Resource<\/a> will be kept confidential to the extent permitted by law.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Confidential Resources provide a variety of services including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mental health support and counseling<\/li>\n<li>Safety Planning<\/li>\n<li>Navigating your rights and resources on and off campus<\/li>\n<li>Assistance with deciding whether you would like to report to the University<\/li>\n<li>Assistance with reporting to local police<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Confidential Advocates, Health Services, and Mental Health Counselors are designated as confidential resources on your campus.
