Frear Hall – LEED Silver

Overview

The University of Hawaiʻi Frear Hall is located on the ÌÇÐÄVlog¹Ù·½ Manoa lower campus. The building is a 12-story student residence. It is the University of Hawaiʻi at Manoa Main Campus' first completed LEED Silver building.

The building earned the LEED Silver rating for its energy efficient and water efficient fixtures, use of low-emitting materials throughout, public transportation access, and more.
