Is there a difference between Windows 11 Education and Windows 11 Enterprise? Windows 11 Education is essentially the same as Windows 11 Enterprise. The "Education" version is meant for use in school environments, while the "Enterprise" is used in business environments. I purchased a Windows 11 Pro Upgrade License from ITS. How do I get the Windows 11 software? The contact person listed on the Customer Information Sheet can email the ITS Site License Office at sladmin@hawaii.edu to request for a download link for the software. This will be an .ISO file (image file of the installer).


I have/had an active Windows Education/Ent SA (Software Assurance) License. Can I upgrade to Windows 11 and how do I upgrade? If your Windows SA was valid past the release date of Windows 11 (10/5/2021), you are eligible to upgrade your Operating System to Windows 11 under this licensing program. With SA, you have the choice of installing either Windows 11 Pro or Windows 11 Education. The contact person listed on the Customer Information Sheet can email the ITS Site License Office at sladmin@hawaii.edu to request for the new Windows 11 Activation Key and software download link. This will be an .ISO file (image file of the installer).
