APPLICATIONS SOFTWARE
Microsoft application products purchased through this program can be made by University of Hawaii (糖心Vlog官方) Departments for 糖心Vlog官方 related use only. Products listed on this page are "perpetual" licenses. Unlike Microsoft 365 (M365) subscriptions, these are one-time purchases for the listed version of the software and do not expire.
The table below provides the price per license, which is the legal right to use the software. Licenses are delivered via digital download or by loan USB. Trial versions or installers retrieved elsewhere may not work under this licensing program.
Software Assurance (SA):
SA is an optional maintenance fee that provides version upgrade protection.- SA purchased during the current term (through 10/31/2026) remains active until November 30, 2028.
- To add SA to your license(s), please contact the Site License Office at sladmin@hawaii.edu for pricing.
Downgrade Option:
Downgrade Rights provide the legal entitlement to install and use a previous version of a software product in place of the version currently being purchased. You maintain the right to upgrade to the originally purchased version at a later date at no additional cost.Example: If the Office 2024 license is purchased, this can be downgradeded to Office 2021 if that version is preferred for your current hardware or departmental workflow. This can later be upgraded back up to Office 2024 at any time, at no additional cost.

LTSC stands for Long Term Servicing Channel. To learn more about this version please visit the website.
For Windows users: The 2024 versioned application software is a "click-to-run" installer, so any trial, subscription or older perpetual versions (2021, 2019, etc.) of previously installed products (Office, Project, Visio) must be uninstalled first.
For Mac users: Office LTSC 2024 for Mac is supported on the three most recent versions of macOS.
