UNIVERSITY OF HAWAI慖 ANNUAL REPORT ON SPECIAL AND REVOLVING FUND EXPENDITURES IN EXCESS OF EACH FUND扴 APPROPRIATION APPROVED BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNIVERSITY OF HAWAI慖 Fiscal Year 2001-02 IntroductionSection 304-7.8, Hawai慽 Revised Statutes, authorizes the President of the University of Hawai慽 to approve expenditures in excess of appropriation for each of the special or revolving fund of the University when revenues deposited into such funds exceeds the amount appropriated for a fiscal year. This section also requires the University to submit an annual report to the Governor and the Legislature of all such expenditures in excess of each fund抯 appropriation.
