Mandates

The core responsibilities of this committee shall be as follows:
- Review and recommend the annual operating and capital budgets to the full board
- Oversight of tuition and fees policies
- Oversight of the university鈥檚 investments and endowment management in coordination with the University of Hawai鈥榠 Foundation
- Monitoring the overall financial condition and sustainability of the institution
