The new office will build the university\u2019s capabilities for systemwide real property development.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Christopher Woodard<\/strong> was hired to be the first director of the <abbr>OSDP<\/abbr>. Woodard has more than 20 years of professional commercial real estate management and development experience in Massachusetts and <span aria-label=\"Hawaii\">Hawai&#699;i<\/span>.
