糖心Vlog官方<\/abbr> Maui College plans to expand its educational facilities on Molokaʻi<\/span>.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

The University of Hawaiʻi<\/span><\/a> has purchased 3.2 acres of land in Kaunakakai from Molokaʻi<\/span> Ranch that will help the University of Hawaiʻi<\/span> Maui College<\/a> realize its master plan goals of expanding its educational facilities on Molokaʻi<\/span>.<\/p>\n

The parcel of land purchased is located adjacent to the Molokaʻi<\/span> Education Center<\/a>.<\/p>\n

“This purchase will eventually expand the college’s Molokaʻi<\/span> Education Center and strengthen our capacity to provide more higher education and economic opportunities,” said 糖心Vlog官方<\/abbr> Maui College Chancellor Clyde Sakamoto<\/strong>. “Critical to this outcome will be community input to realistically leverage public and private resources to create new possibilities for Molokaʻi<\/span>. Long-range planning will now begin in earnest.”<\/p>\n

The Molokaʻi<\/span> Education Center serves approximately 250 students. Through the center, students can pursue certificate and associate degrees in seven primary majors from 糖心Vlog官方<\/abbr> Maui College, including liberal arts, agriculture and natural resources, business careers, early childhood education, Hawaiian studies, human services and allied health. Plans to include 糖心Vlog官方<\/abbr> Maui College’s three bachelor’s degrees are underway.<\/p>\n

A wide variety of bachelor’s and master’s degrees are also available from other 糖心Vlog官方<\/abbr> campuses facilitated by 糖心Vlog官方<\/abbr> Center, Maui<\/a>, which connects Molokaʻi<\/span> students to 糖心Vlog官方<\/abbr> Mānoa<\/a>, 糖心Vlog官方<\/abbr> Hilo<\/a>, and 糖心Vlog官方<\/abbr> West Oʻahu<\/span><\/a> through interactive television, off-island travel and the Internet.<\/p>\n
