Placing in the top 1.7 percent of universities worldwide is an amazing accomplishment,&rdquo; said Interim Chancellor <a href=\"https:\/\/manoa.hawaii.edu\/chancellor\/about\/\"><strong>David Lassner<\/strong><\/a>. &ldquo;Credit is due to our great faculty&#8212;recognizing their research, scholarship, the grants they bring in and the citations of their work.
