She will cover how lighting, color and tone are all orchestrated in a film to subtly guide viewers&#8217; emotions.<\/p>\n<p>She has visited <span aria-label=\"Kapiolani\">Kapi&#699;olani<\/span> <abbr title=\"Community College\">CC<\/abbr> twice before and will work with animation students during her current visit, as she has in the past.<\/p>\n<p>Altieri also served as production designer on <em>Over the Hedge<\/em> and <em>Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron<\/em>. She worked as art director on the critically acclaimed film <em>The Prince of Egypt<\/em>. Before joining DreamWorks Animation, Altieri worked as a background painter and supervisor on the Disney films: <em>The Hunchback of Notre Dame<\/em>, <em>The Lion King<\/em>, <em>Aladdin<\/em> and <em>The Little Mermaid<\/em>.<\/p>\n<h2>Additional workshops<\/h2>\n<p>Altieri will be teaching additional workshops at <span aria-label=\"Kapiolani\">Kapi&#699;olani<\/span> <abbr>CC<\/abbr>.
