According to <a href=\"https:\/\/collegestats.org\/\">CollegeStats.org<\/a>, <abbr title=\"University of Hawaii\">糖心Vlog官方<\/abbr> M&#257;noa ranks seventh overall in a listing of the 113 most-attended universities across the nation.<\/p>\n<p>Universities were ranked on the availability and accessibility of the institution&#8217;s safety information such as emergency phone numbers, safety tips, crime statistics and reports, and sexual assault procedures. Universities were also ranked according to their respective departments of public safety&#8217;s presence on social media platforms such as Twitter.<\/p>\n<p>The top 50 selected schools had <abbr>糖心Vlog官方<\/abbr> M&#257;noa ranking in the top ten with a score of 9.64. The number one school on the list, the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, had a score of 11.35.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/collegestats.org\/explore\/the-2016-college-campus-safety-page-rankings\/\">View the list of the top ten schools with the best campus safety resources.<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><abbr title=\"University of Hawaii\">糖心Vlog官方<\/abbr> M&#257;noa <a href=\"http:\/\/www.manoa.hawaii.edu\/dps\/\">Department of Public Safety<\/a> redesigned its website in 2016 to create more accessible, easy-to-use links and information.\u00a0The website features a variety of resources and information for the campus, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/manoa.hawaii.edu\/dps\/training.html\">Online sign-up for training sessions and workshops<\/a>, including active shooter awareness and response, first aid\/<abbr title=\"cardiopulmonary resuscitation\">CPR<\/abbr>\/<abbr title=\"automated external defibrillator\">AED<\/abbr>, safety and wellness and hurricane preparedness.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/manoa.hawaii.edu\/dps\/safetytips.html\">Safety tips and sexual assault resources<\/a>, available in five languages.<\/li>\n<li>A downloadable <a href=\"http:\/\/manoa.hawaii.edu\/dps\/PDFs\/EmergencyResponseGuidebook.pdf\">Emergency Response Guidebook<\/a> (<small><abbr>PDF<\/abbr><\/small>), which provides a quick reference for emergency preparedness in a variety of emergency scenarios.<\/li>\n<li>Information and download links for a campus safety app, <a href=\"http:\/\/manoa.hawaii.edu\/dps\/manoaguardian.html\">M&#257;noa Guardian<\/a>, which gives the user the ability to call or text Department of Public Safety (DPS), or use a safety timer feature as a virtual security escort.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The department continues to add new content based on the needs and feedback of the community.\u00a0Said <abbr title=\"Department of Public Safety\">DPS<\/abbr> Chief <strong>Randy West<\/strong>, &ldquo;It is an honor to be recognized for excellence.
