The <abbr>NCAA<\/abbr> also announced that <abbr title=\"University of Hawaii\">糖心Vlog官方<\/abbr>&#8217;s probationary period has been reduced from three years to two and will now end in December 2017. The scholarship penalty was also reduced from two to one for each of the two years. The decision comes after <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hawaii.edu\/news\/2016\/10\/28\/ncaa-to-reconsider-uh-mens-basketball-program-penalties\/\"><abbr>糖心Vlog官方<\/abbr> appealed the <abbr>NCAA<\/abbr> December 2015 ruling that instituted the penalties<\/a>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><abbr>NCAA<\/abbr>: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ncaa.org\/about\/resources\/media-center\/news\/hawaii-men-s-basketball-eligible-postseason-after-committee-infractions-reconsideration\"><span aria-label=\"Hawaii\">Hawai&#699;i<\/span> men&#8217;s basketball eligible for postseason after Committee on Infractions reconsideration<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/hawaiiathletics.com\/documents\/2017\/3\/3\/\/Remanded_COI_Decision_Public.pdf?id=5284\"><abbr>NCAA<\/abbr> report<\/a> (<small><abbr title=\"portable document format\">PDF<\/abbr><\/small>)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&ldquo;We are glad to be able to finally put this episode behind us,&rdquo; said <abbr>糖心Vlog官方<\/abbr> Athletics Director <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/hawaiiathletics.com\/staff.aspx?staff=467\">David Matlin<\/a><\/strong>. &ldquo;We have been fully committed to uncovering and correcting any wrong-doing from the very first day we self-reported our initial concern.
