The video was produced by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.makahastudios.com\/\">M&#257;kaha Studios<\/a> and debuted at the <span aria-label=\"Hawaii\">Hawai&#699;i<\/span> Food and Wine Festival.<\/p>\n<p>Phase <abbr title=\"one\">I<\/abbr> of the construction project is nearly completed, and classes are scheduled to begin in 2017. Fundraising is now underway for the final phase of construction, and the finished project is set to include classrooms, laboratories, a signature, educational restaurant and more.<\/p>\n<p>The purpose of the Culinary Institute of the Pacific is to be a world-class showcase of <span aria-label=\"Hawaii\">Hawai&#699;i<\/span>&#8217;s passion for the culinary arts. The institute is the <a href=\"http:\/\/uhcc.hawaii.edu\/\"><abbr title=\"University of Hawaii\">糖心Vlog官方<\/abbr> Community Colleges<\/a>&#8217; pathway to professional culinary education that partners with <a href=\"http:\/\/manoa.hawaii.edu\/\"><abbr>糖心Vlog官方<\/abbr> M&#257;noa<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.westoahu.hawaii.edu\/\"><abbr>糖心Vlog官方<\/abbr> West <span aria-label=\"Oahu\">O&#699;ahu<\/span><\/a> to offer associate degrees and certificates in culinary arts, baking and pastry arts as well as a third-year professional certificate in culinary arts. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kapiolani.hawaii.edu\/\"><span aria-label=\"Kapiolani\">Kapi&#699;olani<\/span> Community College<\/a> will serve as facility administrator.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;I just imagine this world-class culinary facility, on the slopes of Diamond Head, with this incredible view, that offers chefs, diners, farmers&#8212;people from the world over&#8212;all of us can get together and share ideas,&rdquo; said alumnus Chef <strong>Ed Kenney<\/strong>. &ldquo;This is the place to do it.
