The <a href=\"http:\/\/cls.ucla.edu\/\">University of California Center for Laboratory Safety<\/a>, retained by <abbr title=\"University of Hawaii\">ÌÇÐÄVlog¹Ù·½<\/abbr> to conduct the investigation, has arranged to test certain materials.
