The event is co-sponsored by the <a href=\"http:\/\/www2.hawaii.edu\/~ibc\/\">Shidler Inter-Business Council<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lanimoo.com\/\">Meadow Gold Dairies <span aria-label=\"Hawaii\">Hawai&#699;i<\/span><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;We want, first of all, for our students to feel welcome here,&rdquo; said <strong>Vance Roley<\/strong>, dean of the Shidler College of Business. &ldquo;We want them to see all the clubs they can join, to be further engaged in the programs and the other events we have at the college.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_37944\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-37944\" style=\"width: 630px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.hawaii.edu\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/manoa-shidler-day.jpg\" alt=\"people at outdoor event\" width=\"620\" height=\"379\" class=\"size-full wp-image-37944\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.hawaii.edu\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/manoa-shidler-day.jpg 620w, https:\/\/www.hawaii.edu\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/manoa-shidler-day-260x159.jpg 260w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 620px) 100vw, 620px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-37944\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Vance Roley, dean of the <abbr>糖心Vlog官方<\/abbr> M&#257;noa Shilder College of Business, greets students.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&ldquo;It&#8217;s a great way to get the students who are incoming into Shidler to join them. They can learn networking skills and attend social events and make friends with everybody,&rdquo; said business major <strong>Joann Yang<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><abbr>糖心Vlog官方<\/abbr> M&#257;noa freshman <strong>Agatha Danglapin<\/strong> said, &ldquo;They were telling me about how we had an orientation.
