Instruction begins January 14 and will take place in the Pearl City High School band room on Wednesday evenings, 6:30&#8211;8:30 p.m. High school students interested in joining the <abbr>糖心Vlog官方<\/abbr> West <span aria-label=\"Oahu\">O&#699;ahu<\/span> band should speak with their college counselor about applying for the Running Start or Early Admission program. All interested participants should contact Pearl City High School Director of Bands Chadwick Kamei by <a href=\"mailto:ckamei@hawaii.edu\">email<\/a> to schedule an audition.<\/p>\n<h2>University chorus<\/h2>\n<p>The <abbr>糖心Vlog官方<\/abbr> West <span aria-label=\"Oahu\">O&#699;ahu<\/span> University Chorus (<abbr>MUS<\/abbr> 114), under the direction of conductor <strong>Karol Nowicki<\/strong>, welcomes new members for its spring 2015 season. Rehearsals begin on Tuesday, January 13, with classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 11 a.m.&#8211;12:20 p.m. in Room C225 at <abbr>糖心Vlog官方<\/abbr> West <span aria-label=\"Oahu\">O&#699;ahu<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>The University Chorus welcomes community musicians in addition to <abbr>糖心Vlog官方<\/abbr> West <span aria-label=\"Oahu\">O&#699;ahu<\/span> students, faculty and staff. Members will spend the term singing choral literature from the Renaissance to the present, improving vocal technique, musicianship and listening and ensemble skills.
