This week\u2019s 糖心Vlog官方<\/abbr> News<\/em> Image of the Week is from 糖心Vlog官方<\/abbr> M\u0101noa’s Patrick Williams, of the College of Tropical Agriculture and Human Resilience (CTAHR<\/abbr>).<\/p>\n

Williams shared: “A team of researchers and students harvested rice at CTAHR<\/abbr>‘s Waim\u0101nalo station as part of exploring if Hawaiʻi<\/span> can grow rice again. Rice is a local tradition, but instead of growing it in the islands, we import more than 100 million pounds of it a year.”<\/p>\n
