This year&#8217;s theme &ldquo;Treasures&rdquo; highlights the importance of remembering and perpetuating the traditions of all cultures. <\/p>\n<p>The festival will feature guest speakers, dance and music performances, art exhibits, films, poetry and literature readings and more. The free festival is open to the public. <\/p>\n<p>International events include a Parade of Cultures, the Japan <em>Survivor<\/em> game, skits and stories in their original languages, lectures on the music of India and the Philippines and performances by world music band Cerro Negro and Hindustani slide guitar master Debashish Bhattacharya.
