A decision regarding government offices and <abbr title=\"University of Hawaii\">糖心Vlog官方<\/abbr> facilities in Maui County and <span lang=\"haw\">Hawai&#699;i<\/span> County will be made early Friday morning.<\/p>\n<p>The official announcements for <span lang=\"haw\">O&#699;ahu<\/span> were issued at 6:40 p.m., Thursday, April 9, by Gov. Josh Green and Honolulu Mayor Rick Blangiardi.<\/p>\n<p>Forecasts from the National Weather Service indicate a prolonged period of heavy rain through the morning and into the afternoon on <span lang=\"haw\">O&#699;ahu<\/span>, with the potential for flash flooding and possible power disruptions. Residents are strongly encouraged to limit travel unless absolutely necessary to allow emergency responders and utility crews to address weather-related impacts.<\/p>\n<p>University leadership continues to monitor conditions closely and will provide updates as additional information becomes available.<\/p>\n<h2>Official County Notification<\/h2>\n<p>Conditions will vary by county and location.
