These scholarships do not need repayment and do not require an application.<\/p>\n<p>Since the inception of the Access Scholarship in fall 2021, more than $330,000 has been awarded to incoming high school students. This year, high school seniors graduating in 2023 from the list of eligible schools (below) can get up to $1,000 through the Access Scholarship, if they apply to Leeward <abbr title=\"Community College\">CC<\/abbr> by April 1, and register for at least six credits by May 1.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span aria-label=\"Aiea\">&#699;Aiea<\/span> High School<\/li>\n<li>Campbell High School<\/li>\n<li><span aria-label=\"Hawaii\">Hawai&#699;i<\/span> Technology Academy\u2013<abbr>PCS<\/abbr><\/li>\n<li>Kamaile Academy\u2013<abbr>PCS<\/abbr><\/li>\n<li>Kapolei Charter School <abbr>PCS<\/abbr><\/li>\n<li>Kapolei High School<\/li>\n<li>Leilehua High School<\/li>\n<li>Mililani High School<\/li>\n<li>N\u0101n\u0101kuli High and Intermediate School<\/li>\n<li>Radford High School<\/li>\n<li>Pearl City High School<\/li>\n<li>Waialua High and Intermediate School<\/li>\n<li><span aria-label=\"Waianae\">Wai&#699;anae<\/span> High School<\/li>\n<li>Waipahu High School<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hawaii.edu\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/leeward-cc-scholarships-students-gnrc-2-300x169.jpg\" alt=\"A student with a laptop and notebook\" width=\"300\" height=\"169\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-174874\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.hawaii.edu\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/leeward-cc-scholarships-students-gnrc-2-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.hawaii.edu\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/leeward-cc-scholarships-students-gnrc-2-130x73.jpg 130w, https:\/\/www.hawaii.edu\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/leeward-cc-scholarships-students-gnrc-2.jpg 676w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Beginning in fall 2022, an additional $27,000 has been awarded to adults returning to school. Students who were enrolled at Leeward <abbr>CC<\/abbr> from fall 2015&#8211;fall 2022 but stopped out and did not earn an undergraduate degree from any University of <span aria-label=\"Hawaii\">Hawai&#699;i<\/span> campus are eligible to receive up to $1000 through the Returning Adults Scholarship if they apply to Leeward <abbr>CC<\/abbr> by April 1 and register for at least 6 credits by May 1.<\/p>\n<p>If a prospective student misses the initial deadline, financial aid is still available for those who register later.
