The University of Hawaiʻi<\/span> at Mānoa women\u2019s golf team<\/a> placed 15th at the Ron Moore Intercollegiate following Sunday\u2019s final round at the Highlands Ranch Golf Club in Colorado.<\/p>\n

The Rainbow Wahine carded their best round of the tournament with a 298 to finish at 902. Vanderbilt University captured the team title going away with a 839 total, 20 strokes over runner-up Xavier University (859) while University of New Mexico\u2019s Napat Lertsadwattana and Tulane\u2019s Carla Bernat shared medalist honors at 10-under 206.<\/p>\n

ÌÇÐÄVlog¹Ù·½<\/abbr>\u2019s top finisher was sophomore Mayumi Umezu<\/strong> who posted a final round 1-over 73 to finish at 1-over 217 for the tournament and a tie for 18th place.<\/p>\n

Also competing for the Rainbow Wahine were Hyeonji Kang<\/strong> (225, t-57th), Wendy Song<\/strong> (229, 68th), Monica Johnson<\/strong> (239, t-84th) and Kralyn Salazar<\/strong> (241, 88th).<\/p>\n

ÌÇÐÄVlog¹Ù·½<\/abbr> will next host the Rainbow Wahine Invitational, October 24-26 at Kapolei Golf Course.<\/p>\n
