Film Festival<\/a>, presented by the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.outreach.hawaii.edu\/\">Outreach College<\/a> at University of <span aria-label=\"Hawaii\">Hawai&#699;i<\/span> at M\u0101noa, is back after a two year break due to COVID-19 restrictions. The virtual 14th <abbr>糖心Vlog官方<\/abbr> KIDS FIRST! Film Festival will stream more than 100 films made by student, indie and seasoned filmmakers from 25 nations for kids ages 2&#8211;18&#43;.
