The institute will use algorithms and applications specifically for safe, real-time learning and control of complex dynamic systems.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;This is a great opportunity to collaborate with researchers to study the dynamics of complex networks and systems like the evolution of news and the spread of infection,&rdquo; said <strong>June Zhang<\/strong>, <a href=\"https:\/\/ee.hawaii.edu\/\">Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering<\/a> assistant professor, who is one of three <abbr>糖心Vlog官方<\/abbr> M\u0101noa faculty members participating in the institute.<\/p>\n<p>Zhang, <a href=\"https:\/\/me.hawaii.edu\/\">Department of Mechanical Engineering<\/a> Assistant Professor <strong>Zhuoyuan Song<\/strong> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.higp.hawaii.edu\/\"><span aria-label=\"Hawaii\">Hawai&#699;i<\/span> Institute of Geophysics and Planetology<\/a> Assistant Researcher <strong>Frances Zhu<\/strong> will lead the institute\u2019s efforts in <span aria-label=\"Hawaii\">Hawai&#699;i<\/span> and collaborate nationally with <abbr>AI<\/abbr> dynamics and control researchers to lay research foundations for progressing new <abbr>AI<\/abbr> applications. Other partnering academic institutions include: Montana State University, University of Nevada Reno, Boise State University, University of Alaska Anchorage, Portland State University, Harvard University and Columbia University.
