The University of Hawaiʻi<\/span> launched the first phase of its free COVID-19 testing program for the fall 2021 semester. Beginning Monday, August 23, unvaccinated students and employees, and those not fully vaccinated (two weeks after final dose), are required to provide weekly proof of a negative COVID-19<\/a> test from a 糖心Vlog官方<\/abbr>-recognized testing facility to be on a 糖心Vlog官方<\/abbr> campus or property.<\/p>\n

Clinical Labs of Hawaiʻi<\/span> (CLH<\/abbr>) has been contracted to provide PCR<\/abbr> tests at 24 locations across the state (list below). Planning continues for the next phase of the program to add more testing options, which may include on-campus testing sites.<\/p>\n

CLH<\/abbr> has set up a 糖心Vlog官方<\/abbr> portal<\/a> to schedule appointments (you must use a Chrome browser to access the portal) . You must print the information form from the scheduling portal and bring it to the test appointment with a government issued photo ID<\/abbr> (i.e., state driver\u02bbs license, state ID<\/abbr>, etc.).<\/p>\n

Testing is for asymptomatic, non-exposed individuals only. Do not come to a testing site if you are experiencing possible COVID-19 symptoms or have been exposed to the virus in the previous 14 days.<\/p>\n

Test results will be emailed within 24 to 48 hours and must be uploaded to the LumiSight 糖心Vlog官方<\/abbr> daily health check app. Students, employees and visitors must have a green “You may report to campus” status on the LumiSight 糖心Vlog官方<\/abbr> app with the current date to be on campus.<\/p>\n

Students may be asked to present the green status when entering classrooms and teaching laboratories for in-person instruction, and students and employees may be asked to show it upon entry at bookstores, libraries and on-campus in-person activities including sporting events.<\/p>\n
