These scholarships recognize and support <span aria-label=\"Hawaii\">Hawai&#699;i<\/span> high school and college students with a record of outstanding academic achievement.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;The University of <span aria-label=\"Hawaii\">Hawai&#699;i<\/span> is proud to support some of the most amazing students in our state through our flagship scholarship program,&rdquo; said <abbr title=\"University of Hawaii\">糖心Vlog官方<\/abbr> President <strong>David Lassner<\/strong>. &ldquo;Normally we would honor these impressive scholars and their families in person, but unfortunately that kind of celebration isn\u2019t possible right now. So today we honor what they have done and take a moment to look forward to the remarkable difference they will each be able to make for <span aria-label=\"Hawaii\">Hawai&#699;i<\/span> and the planet with a world-class University of <span aria-label=\"Hawaii\">Hawai&#699;i<\/span> education.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>Regents Scholars receive a full tuition waiver for four years of undergraduate study, and Presidential Scholars receive a full tuition waiver for two years of undergraduate study. have a minimum cumulative <abbr>GPA<\/abbr> of 3.7 for all college level work, a record of sustained progress in academic courses, and evidence of superior academic achievement or creative
