The University of <span aria-label=\"Hawaii\">Hawai&#699;i<\/span> at M&#257;noa <a href=\"http:\/\/manoa.hawaii.edu\/liveonstage\/theatre\/hawaiian-theatre\/\">Hawaiian Theatre Program<\/a> collaborated with the <a href=\"https:\/\/caata.net\/\">Consortium of Asian American Theaters and Artists<\/a> (<abbr>CAATA<\/abbr>) to launch a virtual monthly series featuring the work of Asian American artists and theatres from across the country on <a href=\"https:\/\/howlround.com\/happenings\/kuu-aina-kuu-piko-kuu-kahua-return-source\">HowlRound Theatre Commons<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><abbr title=\"University of Hawaii\">糖心Vlog官方<\/abbr> M&#257;noa was scheduled to host the 7th Annual Asian American Theater Festival and Conference (ConFest) <span aria-label=\"Kuu\">Ku&#699;u<\/span> <span aria-label=\"Aina,\">&#699;&#256;ina,<\/span> <span aria-label=\"Kuu\">Ku&#699;u<\/span> Piko, <span aria-label=\"Kuu\">Ku&#699;u<\/span> Kahua-Return to the Source in August but the COVID-19 pandemic forced organizers to postpone until May 2021. Cast and crew from the program\u2019s Hawaiian language play, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hawaii.edu\/news\/2019\/09\/23\/aua-ia-kennedy\/\"><em><span aria-label=\"Aua\">&#699;Au&#699;a<\/span> <span aria-label=\"Ia\">&#699;Ia:<\/span> Holding On<\/em><\/a>, performed Off Broadway in New York City in January. The major accolade made <abbr>糖心Vlog官方<\/abbr> history. Actors <strong><span aria-label=\"Kealiikeola\">Keali&#699;ikeola<\/span> Simpson<\/strong>, <strong>Moses Goods<\/strong> and <strong>Melissa Orozco Vargas<\/strong> shared their connection to <span aria-label=\"aina\">&#699;&#257;ina<\/span> (land), piko (source) and kahua (foundation).
