The first visit is free to the patient, and some health care providers offer all free visits for those without insurance.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/hawaii.virtriage.com\/#\/uhtelepsych\"><span aria-label=\"Hawaii\">Hawai&#699;i<\/span> Telepsych 糖心Vlog官方s<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The telemedicine service is provided by the University of <span aria-label=\"Hawaii\">Hawai&#699;i<\/span> at M\u0101noa <a href=\"http:\/\/jabsom.hawaii.edu\">John A.
