Winners of the 34th Annual Leeward District Science and Engineering Fair were announced in March in the Leeward Community College<\/a> Theatre. More than 130 students from three high schools presented 84 projects at the fair, which was held in February. Projects from Pearl City, Waipahu and Campbell high schools were adjudicated by 83 judges as students displayed their research and answered the judges questions.<\/p>\n

The winning students will represent the Leeward district and State of Hawaiʻi<\/span> at the Intel International Science and Engineering Fair in May.<\/p>\n
