The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pacificcenturyfellows.com\/\">Pacific Century Fellows<\/a> (<abbr>PCF<\/abbr>) program, modeled after the prestigious White House Fellows program, announced the selection of its 17th class in August.<\/p>\n<p>Foumai is the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hawaii.edu\/news\/2017\/04\/06\/foumai-young-composers-award\/\">winner of the 2017 American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers Foundation young composer award<\/a>.
