After 29 years of service, Eloise Luzader will retire on November 30, 2023.
The project will include a childcare facility, café retail space, study rooms, and more.
The facility is a public-private partnership between ÌÇÐÄVlog¹Ù·½, the Collegiate Housing Foundation, Greystar and the School Facilities Authority.
The $170-million complex will have 316 residential units for graduate students and their families and a childcare facility.
