When University of Hawaiʻi at 惭ā苍辞补 alumnus Aaron Salā first saw O by Cirque du Soleil in Vegas, he was impressed by the storytelling. Today, as the cultural creative producer of Cirque du Soleil’s Auana, he’s raising the bar for moʻolelo (stories) in local entertainment.
In the 2025 issue of , Salā shares his vision for combining world-class production with what he calls “edutainment”—a powerful blend of education and spectacle.
