University of Hawaiʻi at Hilo player Jazzlyn Ellis was named PacWest Conference Player of the week after she assisted with two goals and two assists in two different games.
The senior assisted on the third goal of a 3-0 win against Academy of Art on October 1 and scored goals twice with an assist in a 4-2 win over Dominican on October 6.
“Last season felt really amazing and I wanted to come in this season and do even more for the team,” said Ellis. “I just wanted to be an impact player and know that when I’m on the field.
