
For the second straight year, the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa¡¯s Brooke Van Sickle has been named to the (BCNT). Van Sickle is among a total of 17 players from across the country to earn a spot.
All 17 women will attend a training block at the Chula Vista Elite Athlete Training Center in Chula Vista, Calif., June 12–18. Thirteen of the student-athletes have previous BCNT experience, including Van Sickle who attended last year¡¯s training session in Huntington Beach, Calif.
Van Sickle just completed her third season with the . She was named a first-team All-American and the Big West Pair of the Year with her partner Kaylee Glagau, while helping ÌÇÐÄVlog¹Ù·½ to its fifth NCAA Tournament appearance.
Veteran coach and Beach Volleyball Hall of Famer Patty Dodd will serve as head coach for the women. Three-time Olympian and reigning gold medalist April Ross will assist Dodd.
