These are exactly what we need more of so that lawmakers and decision makers at these companies make better choices, especially when it comes to deciding what replaces sugarcane on Maui. Continuing to study and publish reports so that we understand what is good for our reefs is vitally important. The state is dependent on the reef system and studies like this help reinforce efforts to improve it’s health.
