Working with a non-profit in Honolulu on solutions for Hawaii’s homeless problem.
To obtain a federal grant under the Metrolab Network of Smarter Communities we are seeking “subject matter experts” at a local university as well as in State or municipal government to be collaborative partners in such an effort.
Perhaps you can help us with some contacts at the University who might be interested in such a funded project. This effort appears high on the Governor’s list of problems to be solved.
