I think, “Harold L. Lyon Arboretum’s Micropropagation Lab capital improvement project” is really nice idea. And Michael, i have the same opinion. Plants enrich the landscape. Good project!

It would be nice if suitable native plants can be used for road side landscaping. For example, if a tree was planted on the side of the Pali Highway, it could be Koa or Ohia instead of Monkeypod. Perhaps this would work for rare plants as well, as a method to re-establish them.
