Projects will include one or more of the following based on the intern\u2019s abilities and preferences:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Updating, maintaining and enhancing the WSR Law Library website<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Creating set of webpages to guide public patrons in the use of the Law Library, including where to find legal resources online<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Creating reference pages such as web portals, such as Pacific Island legal resources, student research guides, and online tutorials<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Creating online intranet training guides for undergraduate library assistants<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintaining and updating the intranet library staff pages regarding references services, sources, and questions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Troubleshoot and resolve site problems<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Test new ways to improve the usability and navigation of the website<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist staff with web-based instructional programs and presentations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collecting and analyzing online usage statistics and reference statistics using Excel and Access<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Answering email reference questions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:8px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">Library\/Collection Description<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The WSR Law Library serves the needs of the law school faculty and students, and secondarily the attorneys and the public. Its collection includes primary and secondary legal materials and legal periodicals, both in print, microform and online format. The staff includes five librarians and four paraprofessionals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:8px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">Required Qualifications<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Interest in law librarianship<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with basic Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with HTML\/CSS<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:8px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">Desired Qualifications<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Legal reference knowledge and experience<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Basic UNIX\/Linux, Adobe Photoshop &amp;
