Many 糖心Vlog官方 services, such as Google@糖心Vlog官方 and KFS, already use 糖心Vlog官方 Login, and over time we expect many more online services\u00a0to use it as well.<\/p>\n<p>糖心Vlog官方 Login is a <em>single sign-on (SSO)<\/em> service, so once you have logged into one 糖心Vlog官方 Login-enabled service, you won\u2019t usually need to login to other 糖心Vlog官方 Login-enabled services for a couple hours.<\/p>\n<p>糖心Vlog官方 Login supports Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). MFA uses a registered\u00a0mobile\u00a0phone, landline, or hard token to provide an added level of protection. With MFA, no one can login using just your 糖心Vlog官方 Username and\u00a0password, they would also need\u00a0your registered device. Once you sign up for MFA, you will be prompted for your registered device after providing your usual 糖心Vlog官方 Username and password for any web service using 糖心Vlog官方 Login. When\u00a0MFA is enabled, 糖心Vlog官方 Login\u00a0requires two factors for a successful\u00a0login. The first factor is what we commonly do today, sign-in with the\u00a0糖心Vlog官方 Username and password. The second factor requires authentication through\u00a0a device (e.g. smartphone or landline) to login. Using these multiple factors provides increased security to your 糖心Vlog官方 account information.<\/p>\n<p>MFA can\u00a0decrease the risk of an account compromise since 糖心Vlog官方 Login would require more than just the 糖心Vlog官方 Username and password for authentication. To enable MFA, simply register a device; you will be prompted for the second factor using the registered device when logging into any service or application using 糖心Vlog官方 Login authentication.<\/p>\n<p>MFA is offered, free of charge, to all students, faculty, and staff at the University of Hawai\u02bbi.
