Educational Access Channel is a part of the cable franchise agreement for all commercial cable companies in Hawai'i that provide public access channels for educational programming. 糖心Vlog官方 offers educational programming for credit courses and 糖心Vlog官方-produced informational programming on higher educational access channels statewide.
