Google@糖心Vlog官方 Add-on Storage
Information Technology Services (ITS) has established a program to provide add-on storage for Google@糖心Vlog官方 (Google Drive, Gmail) for a fee. This add-on storage is in addition to the provided to all Google@糖心Vlog官方 accounts. Active 糖心Vlog官方 faculty and staff may participate in this program and purchase add-on storage via 糖心Vlog官方 Departmental payment. Purchases through this program can be made ONLY by 糖心Vlog官方 Departmental payments.
Add-on storage provides the user with the “right to use” a specific allocation of additional storage for Google@糖心Vlog官方 on an annual basis for the duration of the purchase term. Purchase term to begin on February 1 and end on January 31 of the following year. Add-on storage purchased after the start of any purchase term will be prorated to the month of purchase. For example, add-on storage purchased in April will be charged 10/12ths of the total annual cost.
Add-on storage will be renewed and charged automatically for each new purchase term unless or until canceled. Renewal notifications will be sent to the purchaser and/or designated departmental contact person via email prior to a new purchase term beginning.

Add-on Storage Annual Pricing
Add-on storage is offered in discrete storage tiers providing a specific storage allotment for Google Shared Drives or Google@糖心Vlog官方 accounts. Add-on storage tiers are offered as outlined below and cannot be combined or divided.

Purchasing Instructions
To purchase Google@糖心Vlog官方 Add-on storage, complete and submit the Google@糖心Vlog官方 Add-on Storage Request form at . The request form is only available to 糖心Vlog官方 Faculty and Staff. One request should be submitted for each Google Shared Drive and/or Google@糖心Vlog官方 Account that you would like to purchase add-on storage for.
Once submitted, your request will first be routed to your departmental approver for authorization and agreement of the automatic annual charge-back for this service. Your request will then be routed to your Fiscal Administrator, who will need to authorize the request and submit a proper account code that can be used for the automatic annual charge. ITS will contact you once your request has been processed. Please allow for 2-3 business days for processing. If you have any questions or need assistance completing the request form, please contact the ITS Help Desk.

No. Google@糖心Vlog官方 Add-on Storage can only be purchased with departmental funds.
Can my department purchase Google@糖心Vlog官方 Add-on Storage via IDO, check, or pcard?
No. Google@糖心Vlog官方 Add-on Storage can only be charged to a departmental account. You will need to provide the name of your Fiscal Administrator (FA) when submitting a request for Google@糖心Vlog官方 Add-on Storage and your request will be routed to your FA who can provide information on the departmental account that should be charged.
